We are currently in the process of collecting information and personal accounts from individuals who have experienced issues with Boxed.gg and its parent company, Loot Labs Inc. This initiative aims to assess the viability of initiating a class action lawsuit.

Please note that no legal action has been filed at this stage. The information collected will be reviewed by legal professionals to determine the appropriate course of action. Participation in this data collection does not constitute the formation of an attorney-client relationship.

Due to the lack of response and cooperation from both Boxed.gg and Loot Labs Inc, we are gathering statements and signatures to present to potential class action attorneys. This is a preliminary step in what may become a formal legal process.
